Anybody experience any focussing issues what so ever with this lens? With the 35L being double the cost, this does peak my interest but Im having trouble trusting Sigma for long terms ownership.

Mine sucked at focusing at long distance until I adjusted it with the dock. Now it does just fine. Buy one. :D

Yup. It's a solid lens, but add in the cost of the dock and you won't regret it.

This lens was my most used lens last wedding (I was a 85L guy before). I can't remember any big misfocussed shots from that day. I did a wedding before and I had some misses. But I didn't had the dock back then, with my latest wedding I did. It is a really great performer!

Same here, had some problems but adjusted with the Dock and now it's my best focusing lens.

It's a shame they can't get it right out of the factory though, but even Canon can't do that every time either.

After adjusting with the dock, I've had no issues. I will say that adjusting for longest focal distance was a bit tricky as trying to focus on and seeing a focus target is a bit tricky as it ends up being so small in the image.
