Thanks!! but the 1/4000 limit of the 6D is killing me. f1.4 is impossible in sunlight. Not sure I want to put a filter in front of this stellar glass.

Yeah it's a big one this one. Paradise for pre-teens.

Thats what ISO 50 is for. You were at ISO 250 f2 for one of the 1/4000 shots (the first one I clicked on). Drop that to 50 and you've easily got f1.4!

Yeah but somehow the auto iso is limited to 100 minimum now. I think there's a setting to change for that. I'll look into that.

I shoot in manual mode and of course, depending of the light, the ISO will change. I dont check the meter at each picture I take. I tried few time to get f1.4 but could not in the sun. I settled for f2 as a base. If I had 1/8000, I could leave the cam at f1.4 without worrying.

Still, f2 is not looking bad. not bad at all.

Just thinking about this lens make me smile!

In that case I'm glad I have 1/8000 even though I haven't used it yet! :)

I'm finding that I'm stopping the lens down to get more DOF anyway in most shots.
