question about indoor lighting for equestrian

I have been asked to shoot some action shots of hunter/jump inside a 160x60 "tent" structure. See pic below of venue. (since this cell phone pic, they have put down shredded black rubber pellets so it's a bit darker)

I have 2 Alien Bee 400's, and plenty of super clamps etc.

questions: Will my 2 strobes be enough? If so, should I set them both up on one end and concentrate on shooting there? My plan is to clamp them about 1/2 way up on frame, pointing up to the center of the roof for 'bounce'. There is a spectator area in one of the corners I can shoot from and the venue has given me permission to be on the course. This is NOT during any competition, only during training exercises for promotional photography.

other equipment planned: 7D, 70-200 2.8
also interested in suggested settings to start with.
