Caught this female Hairy on the "Stepmaster" the other day. Tryin' to slim down to a Downy's size? Hard for her keeping off the peanuts.;)

Excellent capture Dan, it must be unusual for the wood pecker not to have tree bark to cling to.

A unique capture of the female Hairy. Its nice to see it away from the tree and the bird from beak to claws pops against the background. Very nice Dan.
