I am about to give up on facebook. I am so tired of all the motivational posts and recepies that so many of my family to the need to need to post that it's painfull sorting through them to find the ones I actually am interested in.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Pretty much all the regulars are on Facebook. A lot have gotten out of photography, so they aren't real keen on spending time on a photography forum. Guess that sort of makes sense.

I guess that would make full sense.

But the amount of garbage that is on facebook from "friends", when I look at my wife's facebook page to see what family members are up to....

I just do not have the time to trawl through so much ****, every day.

That's my experience as well. It's mostly from the older folks and just so much of it. Seriously, how much Maxine can you look at and post? Then the religious folks with their constant inspirational messages. If it was one a day, I could live with that but there are several in my family who post constantly, dozens a day. I un-friended two and they were really upset. I tried to explain why but I don't think I made my point.

The younger folk - aka cousins - are as bad as the older folk.

This place has pretty much died with everyone on Facebook now.

I didn't know people still used Facebook?

Just un-follow the annoying people. They won't know so they won't get upset. You won't see anything from them unless they tag you.

I actually can't really grow a fu-man chu. My mustache does not connect to my beard.

No kiddos for us. IIRC you have one though right?

We just celebrated our 10 year anniversary on Oct 2nd so yea, I'm married. :)

Started a small business about a year ago. You may recall that I collect watches, well I started selling watch bands online back in March. I mostly advertise on Instagram and on a big watch forum. It's doing pretty well but of course I'd always love it to be doing more. My wife is the voice of reason that restrains me from dumping money into more inventory. lol

Oh and we might be doing a vacation to New Zealand in 2017 to celebrate my brother-in-law's 25th anniversary.

That's all the news for now ;)

How are things with you? Still in Boston?

Easiest thing in the world...unfollow and never see any of the foolishness.
