Jill-of-all-Trades far from having everything figured out! More info | Dec 12, 2014 17:13 | #2672 Facebook is a wonderful tool. I find it to be wonderful for keeping in touch with family and friends all over the world. Not everyone has the internet capabilities to use Skype. Or the want to stay up to all hours to have a conversation with someone on the far side of the world. I can go online when it is convenient for me, scroll through all my notifications and the news feed, and see what it going on with everyone else. And they can do the same. Melody

I have culled those that I don't really care about but many close family members also post things I am interested in but they also post a ton of spam. These are harder. FB allows you to unfollow certain sites but somehow they still keep coming through. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Mind you, I have met at least half of them in person too. I have met in person a grand total of 4 people from this whole forum. Went urban exploring with one guy, bought my flash from a guy that lives on the other side of the river, delivered the travelling Nifty Fifty lens in person to a guy on the other side of the river, and met up with Martin (FJ Love) for dinner when I was in his area to buy my truck. Plus I introduced a (former) co-worker to the forum. Melody
