I was in Oshkosh for the EAA Air adventure in 2013, I know Jay was there but I never fond him. I also bought a Lens from Crissa and traded some stuff with Tiffany. Just never met any members yet.

I want to go to EAA. It's close enough to be reasonably affordable, but it's far enough that it wouldn't be cheap.

Maybe sometime when y'all are in Michigan. Detroit is about 90 minute's drive from here.

I had a lovely rendezvous with Crissa and her husband Billy, in NYC. I never got to meet Ti-fa-fa, but have met .tif.

Other than a few Boston folk on the threads, I have only met John & Heather... Although whenever I am in DC, I never get the chance to meet up with Jon or Zane, or anyone else in the area.

I have met with John and Heather on a couple occasions, and Zane on two as well. Never met Jon yet, but hopefully some day, probably once I retire.

Maybe if I talk about it enough. :)

It will be a couple years yet, but hopefully before I turn 60. I have soooooo much to do when I retire, I need enough life left to get it all done. ;)

There won't be enough time, though I'd like to meet up. Having been retired a while, I'm busier than when I was working.

Being retired doesn't automatically give you the time. Like Jon, I'm busier than ever.

I've met John, Lonnie, Mo & Skip Souza in person. I came close one day in Florida to meeting Woolbur, unfortunately we just couldn't make the final connection.

Up here, (Sacramento & SF Bay Area) I've met at least at least two dozen or more POTN'ers on different photo events.

Double hobby. Both a router table I built as a hobby, and something I now use to do a hobby. :)

QUOTED IMAGE

TPBM is hand-crafted

Nice looking setup...I could handle having one like that!

Thanks Dan. It works great, and I had fun building it. Lisa was not happy when I built it, saying it was too nice for the garage, and that I should be building stuff for the house instead.

It has casters under the rear, so lifting up on the front allows it to be wheeled about to where I want.

This is a shot of the motor I used, basically a big ass Porter Cable router motor mounted into an adjustable base for easy height adjustment.
