Awesome shots as always!:) What kind of light meter would you recommend for indoor sports? And are the meters really that accurate or do you find that you have to tweak the given settings sometimes? Thanks!

Hi Jenn,

Thanks for the kind words about the pics!

I use a Gossen Variosix F meter for my incident readings (an old model now). It's usually very accurate - it certainly gives an excellent base reading in most circumstances. Obviously I'll still take a test frame and I may need to tweak the final settings a little depending on the actual circumstances. It just provides me with a more controlled and disciplined approach to getting the exposure right. It's also indispensable when I shoot with manual flash.

If you have a look over in the Accessories/Storage forum, you'll find quite a few threads on meters. The Sekonic L358 often comes up as a popular solution.
