I love the stickies.

It would be great if they were updated with the latest and greatest links (or confirmation that the current/older links ARE the latest/greatest) and/or most comprehensive.

Who has the ability and the willingness to do that?

Moderator can. Each person who contributed a post can edit their own posts, too...just like any other thread.

I would suggest that links needing update be first identified to the original post writer, and if that person no longer frequents POTN, then see if the moderator can intercede to update the message. Or simply identify in a general post to the community at large what information needs updating and someone can quote the outdated post and then append their own update in a new post.
