This is a beautiful capture. I've always wondered how this style was done. Is this pp or is the bright light and yellow tint part of the original? Any tips are appreciated!

Thanks all, it was a quick snap while we were out on a walk the other morning.

This is mostly done in camera. It is basically just shooting into the low sun that was behind Maisie. Even with a lens hood on the low, bright sun caused a lot of flare (Too much in some of the shots that I took). This causes very low contrast but also washes out the colour a bit. I shoot raw, so in lightroom I actually increased the contrast slightly and boosted the colours with the vibrance and saturation sliders.

I did take it into photoshop too but only to clean up Maisie's face a bit as she had some leftover breakfast on her cheek!
