is the 600EX for me?

About to upgrade from my 430EX and noticed that B&H is offering $60 off the new 600EX making the price diff between it and the 580EXII only $80.

Knowing that I just recently got a 5DMkII (when the MkIII were introduced) and having no plans to buy any other body in the next few years unless I win the lottery, is it worth it for me to get the 600EX?

Absolutely.
You may think you do not need the radio features now.......but you certainly have the system built in if you look to expand.
Why buy twice?........unless it is for additional 600's

If you don't think you'll ever have more than one Speedlite, then I don't think its worth buying the 600. If you are remotely interested in using multiple Speedlites, then go for the 600... but realize that you'll end up buying at least two of them and probably the transmitter.

I did the same upgrade and had the same dilemma between 580ex II and 600Exrt. I still have 430Ex II . Also discover card is offering 5% cash back on online purchases. I am using 600exrt with 430ex ii (optical only) and also using Yn622c triggers. They all work well. No issues so far.

I would definitely go for the 600EX over the 580EX II.
