was that color originally? If so, what program did you use to convert to b/w?
I can never seem to convert my colors well to b/w.

On the lighting additions in PS: I tried that out when I was first post processing but just prefered the natural look with it being a bit flat.

On the B&W: I used photoshop to convert to B&W. I find the best way to make good B&W conversion is to first make the color shot look good by adjusting levels and balance. Then unsaturate the image and adjust the brightness and contrast as needed.
