70-200 f/4L IS on 7D. @200mm, 1/12 sec, f/4, ISO 400.

Madweasel Cream of the Crop 6,224 posts Likes: 61 Joined Jun 2006 Location: Fareham, UK More info | Here's mine. I blended two images from 100-400L at 400mm f/8 on the 7D ISO200. Jupiter and the moon are at 1/250, but processed independently, to brighten Jupiter and increase contrast on the moon. Jupiter's moons are at 1/4s, processed to brighten them a bit. Moons left to right are Europa, Io and Callisto. At the pixel level you can easily see Jupiter's two main belts. Mark.

This was about an hour before closest approach, which was a bit too late for me here in UK. Not dedicated enough, I know. Excellent work! And thanks for sharing your methods.
