Good morning Baan, I used to have a vacation home in the bay area and loved the place before I moved to NY ans stll drive there from Las Vegas, photogenic place. See the latest petapixel postings on places most photographed in the bay area.

Here is a scan of my eldest grand daughter taken 20 years ago with Nikon F800 film. My grandaughter now lves across the bay in Berkeley.

oh cool you were able to get lightroom :)

how do you lose patience when shooting landscape? :| enjoy the scenery while the camera is doing its thing ;p best to set it to slow shutter instead of bulb. sucks to hold the button down and you cant do bulb with out a remote otherwise there will be camera shake.

Yeah! I got it a while ago actually haha, just been figuring bits and pieces out.

I lost patience because I had to hold the button down the whole time -_- When I did manual exposure, it was too dark :(

ALSO GUYS I WANTED TO KNOW SOMETHING:

How do you download and use PS actions? I haven't had time to really look through tutorials but I figured you all would know.

(I have Photoshop Elements 6, in case that's important info to know. And yes, this is a noob question)

Now, if you don't have a wired/wireless remote, put your camera on the 10s timer (to allow for stability when the camera takes the photo).

Oh and you want live view, mirror lock up, manual focus, turn off IS if your lens has IS (so the motor isn't whirring away). Basically any possible movement.
