I was asked along to take part in a 'help for hero's' (a Charity here in the UK to help our armed forces once they leave) martial arts demo in Kilmarnock, I took my camera along and grabbed a few shot's whilst I was waiting my turn to go on the mats

I really like the 2nd shoot, it's a pity the sword has just moved out of frame.

Thanks for your comments, I just wish I had taken more time and got the framing of the sword cutting better but they were quick fire as so much was going on and I was getting ready to get on the mats
