Amy has to load a shovel full of coal in the box every 30 seconds when the train goes up the mountain. The heat in the cab was most uncomfortable with the engine off and the box burning as in the picture. I believe this West Va. woman could kick some butt by just looking at her hands. The ride up the mountain lasted 2 hours with only one stop for water so she loaded a lot coal.
