Stepped out into my yard the other day and saw one ticked off cottonmouth in the flowerbed not 8ft away from my front door, ran inside, grabbed the camera, got close with a macro lens and ticked it off some more ...

man i really like this shot it looks great, snakes and lizards are one of the things i like to get pics of. some people would have ran to grab something other than the camera hope you let him go on his way.

nicly done, please tell me you let it be or had it relocated. I took a trip to southern Illinois just to photograph cm's among many other snakes. I got some great photos. other that epic 4 day trip
