Thanks. This was our second time (both were cruises). I'd like to spend a good couple of weeks there without the ship.

We have done 2 road trips; once for a whole month. They are the best!

thanks...i just got the mp-e...it's been fun using it so far...although i'm getting more out of focus shots than keepers

Ahhh. Congrats on the new toy! Looking forward to some new shots in the macro section.

Moose I just looked at your macro link in your sig there, stunning work! Are these all primarily taken with the 100L macro with and without extension tubes?

Thanks for looking. And, yes... 100L IS, some with tubes, 5DIII or 40D.

I've always wanted to get a 1:1 macro lens but don't think I would do enough of it to justify the price of the L lens to myself. I'd like one in the bag though for occasional use. I've been trying to look at legacy options to adapt to the a7r but not came up with one yet
