The CA is almost unbearable (LR4 does a decent job of removing it) and I find that mine offers poor contrast and a blue-ish color temperature compared to my other lenses.

But more than anything, it's the CA that I utterly hate.

Out of curiosity (since this is a 6D thread) have you found the 6D's CA Correction to work? I presume it would be for JPEG, unclear if the correction data is available in RAW. Obviously the contract and color temp wouldn't be corrected by this, but wondering if you had experience with that feature in the 6D itself?

Unless you're shooting video I wouldn't think CA is much of an issue these days... it takes all of 30 seconds to remove any sign of CA using lightroom 4.

I don't shoot JPEG at all so I'm probably not going to be much help.

And while LR4 is great at removing CA, it's not perfect.

Hi Guys,

jus wondering, since Canon 6D have a GPS function, how about does this GPS feature show up in my pic files?
ie only when i open the files via specific programs? eg Photoshop Elements 11 ?
how about facebook ?

there is a function in Photoshop Elements 11, to post pics directly to Facebook....will that show the location?

Those frog photos are fantastic. Looks like something you'd see in National Geographic!

Yep... Frog shots really are awesome! I like the first the best... Nice vibrant yellows and frogs are just cool anyway :)

Ok I will jump on the great frog bandwagon. Awesome shots!

Thanks guys. I'm really missing the extra reach of the 150 macro on a crop sensor, but I'll get used to it I suppose :) The tank is too damn big to get a decent macro now. I have to take the door off just to get close enough to them, and as soon as I do that they bolt.
