I think so, there is definitely a look that's hard to describe.
Technically I know the difference is sharper images, more tonal information and less depth of field.

:D You know though right that people with medium formats that cost more than your car, are saying exactly the same thing about medium format vs full frame.

It seems that the noise that is visable is a more pleasing type of noise...if that makes any sense.
