I'm shooting a baseball tournament this weekend. Will have my 7D (70-200 attached) and newly acquired 6D with me. Will post what I get with an assortment of lenses.

What ever happened with the baseball shoot? I'm anxiously awaiting the results! I want this camera so bad but need some action shots to sway me.

ok this forum has been a good help to me<----newbie.
I've gathered some great info.
This shot is of a corvette I delivered and developed in LR with a little sharpening and yesteryear setting.

This one is with saturation, white balance, and sharpening settings changed and saved on C1
and SOOC.
Both are cropped
Thanks all, getting better all the time.

Unlikely "wildlife" combo: 6D + 24-105 :)

If your subject is close enough, it'll do

Great picture
Heh heh heh... I know that feeling well also.
I've had my 6D for a several weeks now, and am quite bummed about the lack of use it's seen - Such a bad owner I am... ;'(

I've also been meaning to micro adjust all my lenses on it (bought Focal for my 50D, but have never used it.)

Thinking of getting a sigma 50 F2.8 macro for it tomorrow.

Ok. So I completely missed Adam's baseball pics but he gave me great information by PM. I then found the 2 he posted here which are great! Then I viewed the Flickr stream from that event and I think the 6d held it's own when comparing shots!
Great work Adam, and thank you again!

Got mine this morning and went for a quick walk around the neighborhood. I am really liking the creamy quality of the colors. Focus was great although I didn't try any moving object.
