Just been playing around with my Ipad and a bottle of Vodka. ;-D
These were shot with my new (new to me) Sigma 50 F2.8 Macro. Pretty happy with this lens (picked it up for $150 second hand). I'm thinking of offloading my nifty fifty even though it has a shallower DOF.
Interestingly, this particular lens goes right up to F45. Pretty soft at that F stop, but it allows long shutter speeds even in the middle of the day (approx 1 sec)
Happy times!

Westminster Burying Ground in Baltimore is an old 17-19th Century cemetery where a lot of early Baltimore's movers and shakers went once they stopped moving and shaking :) E. A. Poe is here, although in two separate places. His Original Gravestone was deemed not fancy enough by some fans about 25 years after his demise, so they collected money and erected a shiny, fancy new big marker out front, and moved him. Now, his gravesite is indistinguishable from that of a wealthy Rotarian.

Most of the family crypts here were emptied out after a snazzier new cemetery opened just out of town. They built the church over top of the burial ground around 1850.
