I'm sure I'll be very happy with the 6D and as for keeping the 60D, I may just do it but sell my APS-C lenses. I very good copies of the Sigma 17-50 OS and Tokina 11-16. I haven't sold anything on the interwebs before just through craigslist and in person. I'm skeptical to scammers and buyers will probably be skeptical about me not having much feedback online. Any suggestions to selling here through POTN? Anyone have interest? Aside from that my 6D doesn't arrive til Monday.

I feel way more comfortable buying and sell here on POTN than on CL or fleeBay.

I really need to stay away from this thread Makes me want to sell my 60d and get a 6d. I love the low light performance and wifi feature of the 6d, but I know I should practice more and invest in better glass instead. Patience...

Get yourself a 35/2 (non-IS) for your 60D and thank me later

My favorite lens on a crop body.

Edit: Actually, seeing that you have the 40mm already, perhaps the 28/1.8 would be an even better choice for you.

Haven't posted in a while, but did manage to get out and get some shots recently at the Sydney Vivid Festival (travelled several thousand km's to go see it though)
Here's one (although not from the side that was lit up). Will post more as I sort through them.

I was totally sold on getting that lens until I got a Yashica DS-M 50/1.7 for free... it performed so well that I opted for the Yashica ML 50/1.4 instead and it's a nice lens, but I'm still drawn to the Takumar... might have to pick one up eventually

I noticed a couple people mention getting the 6D with 25-105 and selling the 24-105 at a profit. Apparently the store I bought my 6D body only from had the same idea, the one I got was a kit with the lens taken out (got excited and thought I got the sent the wrong one at first).

Does the box say "24-105L kit"? I originally bought it as body only too and was thrown off by the box having only pics of the 6D with the kit lens attached, but it didn't say anything about the lens on the box. When I sent it back and then ordered the kit the box looked identical but said "24-105L kit" on it.

Yeah it does, and there a lot of empty room in the box.

Boy the last 3-4 pages here have some amazing photos. There are too many to comment on so I'll make a blanket statement saying "great job everyone!!"
