I really wish I wasn't feeling like crap this weekend. I had my wisdom teeth pulled on Friday and it took nearly 2 hours to do and I opted to stay awake for it... big mistake. All I wanna do is go out and shoot!

After a rain storm yesterday I was in town and found a couple of nice puddles close to my office. I can't decide if these should be flipped over 180 degrees? I like the result both ways.

Our HS baseball team lost in the district substate game this weekend but I did manage to get some nice shots.
This one is of particular interest as I used an outer AF point and it had to grab focus very quickly. Prior to the pitch the umpire blocked my view of the pitcher, whom I wanted as my focal point. As the pitcher started his motion to the plate the umpire would drop down into position leaving me a split second to acquire focus on the pitcher's face. The 6d's outer points aren't nearly as bad as some might lead you to believe. I have several from this sequence and no missed focus unless I strayed from the AF point.
