That's some awesome lighting. Are you triggering both your speedlights to get that much light on everyone?

I can't put my finger on it but there's something about this image I really like.

Thanks! This place was easy, it was opened up as a historical site so its easy to just walk through. Since I had a day off from work it wasn't too busy and I was able to bring my tripod. Its not nearly as dangerous or sexy as some of the other abandoned buildings you'll see shot on here but it was a very interesting place.

Eve, its Eastern State Prison in Philly. Public place, abandoned prison that offers tours. If you're close, its a great place to photo. I posted my pics from tip there 2-3 pages back in this thread.

Oh wow that's great you have these abondoned places closeby to photograph, it looks great!! It must be busier during weekends, nice you could go there when it wasn't too busy.

I'm living in Europe and don't know abandoned places like this. The pictures of the both of you made me look up some options for us in Switzerland I'll see what I can find

Thanks it's a 30 second exposure, and somehow managed to catch me setting up my other camera, the light streaks are caused by my iPad and headlamp.

Thanks trench, looking at your set gave me the idea to go. I'm not too far from Philly so I figured I'd take a trip on a day off and spend some time taking pictures. Really happy I went.
