You are right. There is really no way anyone would know the difference in where the moon was shot from. I am not a purist by any stretch of the imagination, but I do like to use stuff from the same setting in the shots I do composites on. But as you mention, no one would know if you put a supermoon from this last weekend on a shot from last year or any other date. So really, it does not matter. Good call.

the moon will look the same regardless of where I shoot it from. So if I put it in an image where it makes the image look as dramatic as possible, why would it matter? or does it matter? :eek:
