I have a question, how did all of you make your watermarks? I've been struggling to make one I didn't hate for my photos so I could put them up on my facebook.

Wow! Looks like a gorgeous place for a hike.

As for the sig, I just searched fonts until I found something I liked and made an action in PS. Going through my flickr, you can see that I go by the phrase, "If it ain't broken, don't fix it." I've used the same font for eons.

Uh oh, the sale is over, but hopefully my order from 02/02 will still go through. Did put the order in before it went "out of stock temporarily" and came back a few hours later at a higher price.
At the moment, the order status is "In stock, order sent to warehouse" so hope they will honor the on time order

Thanks for the compliments ddk632, M_Six, and ieatstars (I'm a big fan of your work by the way, very creative). And thanks for your suggestion about the watermark, I debated taking a photo of my signature and then editing it to use as a watermark but I'm still traveling for the next 5 months and it might be difficult to find the time, I'll definitely try your suggestion out.

I would say, try and borrow it for a few days if you know someone with a 6D, or rent it? Worst case scenario go to Best Buy and play around with it on the 3ft leash, maybe you will get at least a bit of a sense on how the AF is compared to your 60D.
Or maybe there are direct comparison reviews comparing the two cameras?

Everytime I go to bestbuy I play with the canon 6D and its really starting to grow one me. Very easy to navigate threw the menus etc. Than theres the canon Mark 3 I see sitting near it but thats a extra 1000$ in price. Havent played with that one really but the 6D is very affordable starting out in full frame..

Nice shot Shane! Just out of curiosity, you ever make it up to Lamington NP? It was one of my favorite places I visited in AUS. AMAZING night skies...
