In respect of the first image, the warmer colour is better however, the model's skin colour and the background colour are close enough that the model is starting to merge with the background.
Can you darken the background just a little thus allowing the model to "POP" out from the background?
Notice the difference in contrast between the background and the model's hair?
How does this look? I tried to make the background a little darker. Also lightened the bagginess under her eyes and tried to brighten her eyes as well.

Great raw conversions, Now finish it off in a pixel editor and remove the moles and blemishes.
The texture in 3 looks good in spots, but not in others. I would just add it to the spots that look good.
I'm a little confused. I did remove the blemishes in photoshop? I wont remove moles though, that's part of her body.
As far as the texture in 3, which parts look good and don't look good? To me, it all looks good which is why I did it
