Here are some photos I took of my car during our recent trip from OH to FL.

Most of these were taken with 1D and 17-40L. I think I need to get a polarizer though. Let me know what you think!

I had to swing by Gainsville to visit my old undergraduate stomping grounds:

Here's one taken on the drive back in the mountains of TN:

Good pictures but I hate what they did with the 3 series. It might grow on me, I think I will forever me an e46 fan though.

Really? Just take an e90 for a drive - it's so much improved - really a great car. I liked the e46, but the e90....wow!

I did, they gave me your car when I took mine in for inspection(330i) and the power was good but I don't like a lot of things. Hate the way the layout is done inside(window controls, cup holders, stuff like that) and I'm not a bug fan of the new exterior look. Performance and power wise it's better however but along with that comes a bigger price tag.

Old picture of my baby! :)

Well guys, a rather well known BMW publication has given me the green light to do an article on the car supported by some of the photos...so they aren't all bad.

Ouch! A bit of a tight crop on the 1st one, isn't it? Can't say that I'm a big fan of things growing out of the top of cars, either. You're right though, "...so they aren't all bad.", but the point is that they could be better, no? ;)
For instance, in #3 could the car have been moved back a bit to eliminate the tree? The last one would be better if you'd cropped just inside the two light poles, & why include the sign in the first place?
OTOH, the car itself does look pretty good for having been shot in bright sunlight, something I'm not a big fan of, either.
Good start under tough conditions!
