I was at Track day just to play with the new lens, and got lucky.
The real reason we watch track sports. For the wrecks.
It happened so fast, I did so many things wrong trying to catch it all.
And a 7D just moved up higher on my list of upgrades.

I think two guys were coming into turn #1 and both moved into the same position anf hit side by side, One guy lost balance and fell off the bike and into the tires, his bike stay at speed and on tw wheels till it hit the tire embankment.

These are all non pros that just rented the track for the day. 250, 600 and 1000cc all on the track together.

The closest place for me to get panning practice

Hmm, well I definitely do NOT go to the track for the wrecks. I'm sure some people do (and that's one of the reasons I don't like NASCAR, because it seems that is one series where pretty much the main attraction is the crashes), but for me that's the last thing I hope to see.

I'm mainly here for the snacks

This. A race with great battling and no wrecks is my favorite kind.

Nice capture of the action, though.
