big camera, craig ferguson...

My wife tapes Craig Fergusons show some nights....Friday Tom Hanks appeared as a surprise guest, they then took photos with a huge looking camera...it almost looks like a cartoon 35mm....anyone know what the format / brand might be....I tried to see a name or logo and could not.
To her credit the photographer had a second unit slung over her shoulder.

It had a Canon strap, but I have never seen that style of camera or prop if it was.

...yeah: sound blimp. Must invest in one! And having shot several conference over the last few weeks, the candid pose they adopted was just bit too familiar!

Of course, the most important part of the clip was the reference to Doctor Who!

Ha! Mystery solved! And holy crap would that have come in handy on a few of my gigs! The 1dx silent mode still sound like a peterbilt diesel valves clacking!!
