Hi guys/Gals,

Posting in here after posting in the wrong section.. Here goes:

Christmas is almost here and I'm looking to get my misses something photography orientated!

I think she needs some sort of softbox and reflector kit for wedding photography. While I can sort out a reflector I need help with the softbox side:

http://www.ebay.co.uk …-Portabl...-/230761418470 (external link)

The above link is what I'm looking at getting.. Will this be ok and also what kind of stand do I need to buy etc?

Next on the list is a transmitted and receiver which is already in hand. The chosen one is the YN622.

Should the YN622 fit ok on the softbox bracket when mounted on the bottom of a 430EXII ?

So many questions...

I'm not as think as you confused I am..

The YN-622 sticks out in front of the flash. That is problematic with this type bracket.
That can usually be worked around by turning the flash 90* the problem is that then the head does not fit properly into the opening.

Calumet had a good selection of branded stands.

Do you use the softbox with the YN622?

This may help. I have just ordered one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jxQgGIj3nqM (external link)

The 622 will fit under the 430EXii on the bracket.
