I'd like your thoughts on this shot. I was taken at a Thai Boxing event I shot a month back.

Thanks

Nice shot. Looks like it would be more interesting in color.

Nice image but the punch--if you'll pardon the expression--is taken away by having his fists out of frame. A wider shot would have been a winner in my very humble opinion.

cheers

That's what I was talkin' about!!
#2 photo is a BIG improvement over the first by virtue of the larger canvas you''ve created for the image.

Outstanding exposure you've posted here. :)

Regards

Steve

I love the emotion you get from the photo. I would have liked to see it taken horizontal instead of portrait to capture the fists.

C&C always appreciated for my posts :)

I like the second one - the emotion in his face, the slight grit of the composition. Very cool shot!

Both shots are GREAT! You had a good spot for shooting.
If you ever get the chance try Lumpini Stadium in Bangkok. Tourists get ringside seats. The crowd behind is held back by chain link fence. The music, shouting crowd and boxing is spectacular.

I love the second one but the first one doesn't do anything for me without the arms...

Cheers,

I don't mind the arms being a bit cut off, the picture still works great for me. I love the second picture. How was the lighting there?
