3 years ago I started this journey of becoming a part time professional photographer without really knowing it. 90% of what I now know about photography has come from people who have shared their knowledge and talents on this forum. To anyone who has ever shared information directly to me or anyone else learning thank you. Your willingness to help has provided for my family. The income we are now earning from photography allows my wife to stay home with our two little girls. We work out of the home doing a handful of family shoots and about 10-12 weddings a year and earn a decent part time income. We value time spent with family and because of the people who have helped us here, we have been able to make that a reality. So again to everyone here helping, sharing and learning in this community thank you!

a decent part time income from photography is pretty good, enough to pay for the equipment and something left over for the fun in taking pics

Cool!
I just become addicted to expensive primes after spending a lot of time on P.O.T.N and my wife still doesn't know how to use the Rebel. :o
