After going out to see this year's crop of migrant Snowies at our local hotspot. I immediately recalled the fiasco that arose last year when a photographer harassed a Snowy, getting caught on camera. Quickly going viral among birders and photographers. Even making the news.

I thought I'd share a recent photo essay written by our local Ornithologist Mike Paterson on Sharing Snowies. (external link) Remember people, they are there for all of us!
