What happens when a bottom dump coal train has a set of carriage doors drop open?

It all goes pear shaped very quickly for the errant carriage and a few behind it!! I managed to snap a few off before I got chased away haha

You can see the doors underneath open, this is more than likely the cause

Thanks Rick, yep, they weren't impressed haha Not that they could have done much really because I was not on Qld Railway land. They even had a BBQ set up to cook the worker's lunches.

Thanks, I knew it was there somewhere, it made the 6:00pm news with shots from a news chopper, it's not far from where I work so it was just a matter of finding it and snapping a few shots off.

Thanks, I think it was probably a severe case of embarrassment because the news gave then a fair caning  The Qld government is getting a lot of bad press at the moment, actually really bad because of the job cuts and this just added salt to the wound. I was on a companies private land but a mate and I got permission from them to go on there and look so we were covered.
