Here are a few shots I took in the Everglades this week. Even as far south as it is, you can tell we are in Fall-Winter. The cedars have turned brown and so has most of the grass.

Here are a few birds in this fall coloring.

Tri Color Heron

Nice set and poses! Beautiful Tricolored Heron! Great shot of the Little Blue, I like the feather detail and colors, I've only seen them a couple of times in the wild. Thanks for sharing.

These were cropped in Lightroom and a little bit of luminance noise reduction there as well. I converted to Tiff prophoto and moved to photoshop.
Used tonal contrast in Color Efex Pro, a little vibrance and a light touch of smart sharpen, thats about it.

Very nice Garry... beautiful tonal quality and I think the BGs and perches on these shots are so unique.. excellent compositions.

Thanks much, I was really trying to show what the area looks like and the birds really helped
give it a focal point, been pretty boring just to show a few branches ;).

Great shots, Garry; I love how the colors of the birds in the first and third shots are picked up by the foliage.
