That is strange as teleconverters are mounted between the body and lens and would have mounts not threads. Is this an add on lens that would be screwed to the front of a lens?

Anyway this site list a 52mm female/female adapter but is out of stock.

You could also use a different size female/female adapter between two step up rings.

David gave the right site, but the wrong page. He linked male-male. I couldn't find a 52mm, but they have a 49mm and 55mm female-female, as David said you could use a step-down or step-up to get what you need. Here is the page with the 55mm. (external link)

What are you trying to do? Offhand I can't think of a reason for using a F-F threaded coupling, as that could only be used to couple two filters, leaving them unable to attach to a lens (without using a M-M threaded adapter on one side of the combo). A lens reverser ring, allowing you to couple two lenses for use in close-up/macro photography, would be M-M so it could connect to the female attachment threads on the two lenses. If you just wanted to stack two filters, there's no need to use any kind of coupler (unless they're different diameters, in which case you'd want a step-up or step-down ring to connect them; which would depend on what filter size your lens took).

I too was wondering what exactly you were going to use it for. You did mention something about a weird TC, could you post a picture of the TC?

I am using the wide side of this tele/wide converter to place between a reversed 28mm and an eos adapter, which is 52mm male. It is a low quality converter which I picked up for $6. As far as I can tell it has no antireflective coatings and it gets pretty bad chromatic aberrations on the tele end.
