My Mom had one knee replaced..and both hips(~8 years ago) LOL..the bionic woman. She's fine, it's amazing what they can do.

I worked in Orthopedics for 27 years and the key to recovery is take your pain meds & Move. It is hard for a few days but psych yourself up with positive thinking; I swear that works better than anything else Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

Pain meds, rarely have used them in the past; I can handle what is coming, and I've been in far worse scenarios. Equipment & Feedback
