I would appreciate if you guys could critique these as they are from my first paid shoot. I took about 300 pictures at the party, almost all with natural light. I shot all the pictures at 3200 with aperture ranging from f1.8-f2.8

The children love the camera...

My girlfriend, I don't know what she was thinking here.

Nice shots, #2 is a great pose, would like to see the others without the yellow cast.

#3 reminds me of when my son, Dan, was a baby and I wanted to get a picture of him crawling to me. He was too fast. Before I could snap, he'd be chewing on my toe. I've got a lot of shots of him eating my toes, very few crawling. ;)

Great Shots, all natural lighting? what are the shooting details? Did you use any post editing?

All the shots were taken with my 50mm f1.8. They were all natural light as well. I had the iso at 3200 and the aperture ranging from 1.8 to 2.8 for these shots.

The post processing I did were auto levels, auto contrast, and in some cases auto color through photoshop. Also, I used Noise Ninja to reduce noise on all the pictures.

I'm a fan of #2 and #4. The first one seems a bit orange on my screen ... not sure if its me or it actually does have a bit too much orange. None of the other pictures seem that way so I think it may be the shot. Good work.
