Thanks! That is as mentioned one of my favorite locations to shoot from. In sprint format racing, the cars hit that gator a lot harder, and generally earn some frequent flyer miles there.

I wanna be on that side of the track!..lol:p

RA can be shot pretty good from spectator vantage points...but there are some benefits to being inside the fence...I am trying to figure out how to get creds for the first ever Grand Am race there in 2013.

yep...April, I will be there too...inside or outside the fence. I really enjoy Grand Am racing, and am really happy to see an event at my home track.

Excellent stuff! I love the perspective in #3. The panning in #4 is awesome. #6 is a nice touch that not enough photogs do. I love seeing the "behind the scenes" stuff like that.

Thanks for the kind words. #4 was at 1/40 IIRC...I have a few more that were slower...going to try to work on them tonight. I wish I got to do more of the type of stuff that #6 is...but most of the events I am at, those won't sell...so when I get a free weekend I like to shoot that sort of stuff.

Thanks! The Jag shot was fun to try to get, shooting slower, panning on 3/4 angle approaching car...there were more tossers than keepers!

Yes it is, it was fun to see it out there...I have a whole bunch of that one...might get to add some to the thread tonight. One of my favorites that I saw in my set...a little 80's Civic with mirrors full of that truck in Turn 10b...

Dang! Great work! Love the panning shot of our car during the day. That is excellent work. Number 2 is a look I have never thought to shoot and really like it. Could I get number 2 and our panning shot file? Number 2 is a friend of mine and love to share it with him on Facebook. Won't be using it commercially or anything. Just social media shares.

And we were rotating tires. Our E30 is in the spirit of the rules and no camber adjustment. So to keep our tires happy with rotate them as they wear.
