24 Hours of LeMons @ Chuckwalla Valley Raceway

My friends in the Prickstine have been running LeMons races since Altamont, and this weekend they got 5th! Thy were even higher but broke a shifter and the crew next door to them welded up a fix and got them back out fast enough to only drop to 8th, then they fought their way back.

I was only there Saturday, sadly (ok my dad's 70th bday on Sunday outweighed the race) but I still got way to many photos to edit and process. haha. I hadn't ever shot this track going this direction, and the light before sun down was pretty nice with the mountains int he background.

nice shots, that light and background in #1 is fantastic

That looks like they're having a lot of fun!

That's what I used to love about the guys I raced with. We all wanted to beat the other guy on the track.

the crazy creations of that series are always entertaining.

The light in #1 is great.

#3 seems backwards to me, having the car in the front, and the empty space behind makes it feel off, its a good pan, with great warm light.
