Kodak RP30s, Durst Theta and multiple-pass sharpening

Hi. I use WHCC for printing, and they use Kodak RP30s, Durst Theta 50 and Theta 76.

I am starting to do multiple pass sharpening (capture and output). Does anyone have experience with output sharpening with these printers? As per some people's advice, should I sharpen just over what I would for what looks good on the monitor?

I've printed at West Coast Imaging and Elco Color, and both these companies use printers very very similar to the Dursts at WHCC. (Chromira and Durst Epsilon 30, respectively). I've sharpened by eye and I've used PhotoKit sharpener which uses a set formula for various printers. In a nutshell I've found that viewing at 50% zoom and over-sharpening just a smidge will look stunning on the final prints. I do not think that PhotoKit performaed any magic at this step.
