Try earlier or later in the day when the sun is lower. They are still good shots, though. Keep shooting. 7D, 70-200 L f4 non IS, 100 macro 2.8, 50 1.8, 18-55 kit

Keep shooting. these were taken around 4pm in a creek area...thanks for the advice...im constantly using MANUAL mode adjusting settings as i go...im taking a DSLR class in a few weeks to get some hands on tips and practice
