For this shot, I used what I use most of the time, all A/C strobes, the fill in a 62 inch umbrella directly behind the camera, a snooted hair light above and behind the subject, two snooted kicker lights one on either side behind her (right beside the background) aimed to just skim the sides of her hair, and a 14 x 14 softbox on the floor in front of her aimed up at her face. The main light was a 24 x 36 inch louvered softbox placed at camera right to create short lighting on her face.

It appears as though there are some editing marks around her hairline. Did you clone some stray hairs? You may not see them on your monitor if it's set too dark. Also, if you make the background darker she pops right out of the photo.
