I like #1 the best, it's a great group shot. It's nice and sharp and I like the lighting. Did you use natural light?

The background is my only issue.. It’s kinda creepy. At first I thought you were going for a "in the crowd" look but the background faces are much larger than the actual people which makes it look really off.

I have to jump on the background bandwagon as well. Looks like bad 3D. If I had to pick one I like #2

Thankyou for the feed back, I will scrap the background idea, seems most of you are uncomfortable with it, so most like the models won't like it either.

Natural lighting was used.

this is the photo sooc

I like the way you cropped the first 3 because I think there's too much space up top, and how you moved the one lady on the right closer. I would just change the background to something solid, just a plain dark gray and then keep the b&w maybe?

I changed out the background for local setting.

And also a plain grey, but I wasn't keen on the plain grey so I added some slight shadowing

I'll print these 4 @ 8x12 and see which I prefer

I like the black and white with grey backgound. Makes it more of a studio shot.

gray background definitely works the best. Color and BW look ok to me, but the woman on camera right's face needs fixing i think?

I thought something was up with that lady to the far right.

You need to fake the shadows or something, because that looks downright unnatural, like she was added on rather than repositioned. Also, the blurred group-shot background is creepy; stick with something a little less contemporary.

Eyes and teeth are way over-processed...

Last one, color with the grey background is the best...
