Sigma 70-210 f3.5-5.6: Any Good?

I found this lens used while looking for a 70ish-XXX tele zoom lens. Does anybody have any input on this lens? I am guessing that by the lack of reviews/photos that I found on google that it isn't any good. But I could be wrong so I thought I would post.

It is the APO Macro model if that makes a difference.
