I posted about a "battery issue" on other forums before, but now I think its my camera. Usually switching to a battery fresh off the charger would "fix" this problem but I think its something a little more "serious". I was taking pictures of the meteor shower tonight no problems, came back in noticed my focus wasnt right when I checked the pictures. I put the card back in the camer, went back outside, and it wouldnt turn on. Randomly took the card and battery out and then it turned back on, I could take photos and everthing was perfect. I went to go back outside, and I couldnt get the damn thing to turn back on. I have tried 3 different cards, 6 different batteries. I have tried cleaning all teh contacts, including the ones for the lens and no dice. I've looked at the "micro switches" on the battery and card doors and nothing has worked!
Basically camera will turn on after not being used for awhile, but after using it and then turning it off to switch cards or something it will refuse to turn back on.
Anyone hear of something like this before?
Camera is a T1i 2 year old refurb bought from Canon.
