Kirk vs RRS

Kirk has this "sure grip" finish, is said to be easier on the hands but am not sure if it will fit my Benro Ballhead

RRS Lens Foot has clearer product images that seem to show it will work with my Benro Ballhead

1) will both of these work with my Benro Ballhead? (Benro B0)
2) which is better? :)

I use RRS, but then everything I have from the earth to the camera grip is RRS and it all works.
