Lightroom v4.x : Can't move Photo.cr2 to the recycle bin?

i've always had this weird problem - right from 4.0 up to the current version 4.3.

whenever i'm editing thousands of photos halfway, and when i reject photos along the way, i will clear them using ctrl+backspace. usually, it does delete all the rejected photos from disk successfully. however, i notice sometimes that it fails to delete the first rejected photo.

i have to manually delete that one photo thereafter. (and it works)

any of you encountered the same problem?

Select all rejects (show rejects, cmd click the rejects flag in the top of the library module) and hit backspace > "Delete from disk" has never been a problem for me…

that should be the same for a PC-equivalent = ctrl+backspace. not sure why this is happening.

Yeah, but I'm not using ctrl+backspace: I'm doing it in two steps: Select them, then delete (or remove).

Same here. LR4.3 on PC.

Funny thing is its not always happening and i cant force it to happen.
